I wasn’t sent a bill.

You can always find the current bill in MyUPC portal. The bill is however always sent to you the way you’ve selected when ordering our services.

In case you are using e-mail bill:

  1. Please check your inbox. It might be full and therefore not receiving new e-mails.
  2. Check your SPAM folder. If you find your bill there, it might be necessary to set upc.cz as a secure address. After that your e-mail will arrive safely.
  3. If your inbox isn’t full, and the bill isn’t in your SPAM folder either, contact us please to check everything.
 
 

In case you are using printed bill:

  1. Please check your mailbox. Is there a name of the person the services are used by?
  2. If so, please contact us to solve this further.
