I don’t understand my first bill. The total to pay is higher than I expected.

When you receive your first bill, the total to pay will usually be higher. This is because the billing period is longer than one month (the standard billing period). On your first bill, usually there is:

  1. The settlement for the last billing period – from the day when your services were installed until the start of the current billing period.
  2. Fees for installation, connection and/or buying equipment.
  3. The fees for current billing period.

From the next billing period, the total will be only for the current period.
