Definition of Loyalty Portfolio and Discount
Thanks to our loyalty scheme, you can use our services with a significant loyalty discount. If you decide to use services under this scheme, you will fulfil the conditions for receiving the discount after using the services for 12 months (“the loyalty period“).
Billing and terms of providing the discount:
- The discount is applied automatically from the day the services you had chosen have been installed.
- If you do not fulfil the conditions for receiving the discount (do not use our services for 12 months), you will be sent a correction of the billing statement.
- In this correction, the difference between the cost of the non-loyalty product and the loyalty product will be reflected.
Change or termination to the services during the loyalty period:
- During the loyalty period, you can decide to change the parameters of your service in the loyalty scheme. The loyalty period will continue without uninterrupted.
- If you decide to stop using the benefits of the loyalty scheme, you can switch to our standard portfolio at any time. In that case, you will be issued with a correction statement for the wrongly applied discount.
Renewal of the loyalty period:
- You can take advantage of the loyalty scheme in the following loyalty period (after 12 months of use of our services) as well.
- In case you are happy with the set-up, you do not have to do anything – the loyalty period will be extended automatically. Before this happens, you will be informed about it on your invoice. This message is however only informative, and it is not necessary to react in any way if you want to keep your services.
- If you want to stop using the advantage of the loyalty discount after the current loyalty period, simply let us know about it. We would like to ask you however to do so at least 15 days before your loyalty period has expired, so that we can process this change correctly.
